Monday– Thursday $ 200 /hour*
Weekday All Day Rental

each additional hour will be charged at 200$ per hour

Due to parking all day events must start in late afternoon/evening to accommodate all visitors
each additional hour will be charged at 250$ an hour
*3 hour minimum
Reserved time block should account for set-up and
take-down time required on your part. Rental starts when you enter for setup and ends when the last of belongings are removed.
$150 fee applies if you need the room empty.
$100 fee applies for outside catering
**We are an alcohol friendly venue. All beer must be ordered and sold via Sand Trap Café. Any liquor must be managed by a licensed and insured bartender**

We had our wedding reception here and it was an absolutely amazing venue and a great price!!! Spencer the hostess was a huge help, responded so fast prior to and on the day of the wedding. She took care of our decorating and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! She captured exactly what we pictured and helped out so much, especially when crazy little problems came up the day of. I have zero negative things to say about this place, it was perfect!

Spencer and the whole team at the Hobble Creek Event Center was fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond. We ordered the wedding decoration package as well. We sent her pictures of our flowers and she matched the decorations to them! The whole evening went perfectly! We are so happy we found them! If i could give this place more stars, I would! My husband and I had our wedding reception here and I wouldn't have had it any other way! It was beautiful with the golf course and mountains for an exquisite view, the clean and well put together seating area, and just the overall facility. Spencer was absolutely incredible with helping out with literally EVERYTHING. She made it so easy and stress free and just...magical. if you're looking for a beautiful, cozy, and special place to hold your event, this is the place!!

"I was nervous about planning my wedding from out of state but it could not have been more perfect! Anytime I had questions about what the venue provided or what it looked like, Spencer responded to my emails in MINUTES and was very thorough. The location was stunning with the mountains in the back and the way the room was set up. I had multiple friends tell me they wish they did their reception in a place like Hobble Creek! Spencer and Tayler were extremely helpful during the reception and ran around with my family making sure everything ran smoothly and it was stunning. They are the friendliest people and work hard to make sure each event is the best it can be! I will never stop recommending them to anybody, it was a perfect night!

They also cater of taco bar and our dessert bar.

The chocolate eclairs. Sugar cookies cups, stacked pumpkin pie and macarons we the favorite dessert
And of course who doesn't love tacos we did two meats plus rice and refried beans and all toppings
Spencer sat us up with Kim Carter she made their cake it was beautiful and was done exactly like the pictures we gave her. Plus Kim made it gluten and dairy free for our bride.
Parking is a little ruff but Spencer tell you that right away and she will give you suggestions.
Tayler and Spencer always answer back right away.
We did most of our conversation through Facebook messages, group chat and video chat
Spencer also knows photographer, DJ's but you can always use your own as well
Tayler was are Bar tender we are sure glad he was.
Spencer also did all of our flowers and they all looked amazing
And they have rooms for the bride, groom to use to get ready in.
I could go on and on about Spencer and Tayler and their event center.

Absolutely LOVED this venue! Spencer was so easy to work with and so sweet answering any and all of my questions. Venue was perfect for my wedding and guests loved it. Plenty of space, plenty of tables, and tons of pretty decor to rent! We did a popcorn and soda bar and cake and everything fit perfectly and looked amazing. Highly highly recommend this venue.

We loved holding our wedding day here! The staff was helpful and efficient. They took care of us and made sure we were getting things done and taken care of. Spencer is so friendly and does a great job at decorating. We had a smooth day because of Hobble Creek! It is especially beautiful during the fall season, but really during any season. Not to mention, it is super affordable for the time we were allotted for the day! So happy with our experience.

There aren't words to express how grateful I am that I found Spencer and Hobble Creek Event Center. Putting together a wedding for a princess on a pauper's budget is next to impossible in 2022! Spencer made it happen with her amazing talent that turned the event into something magical, flowers that matched the brides bouquet perfectly, knowledge and experience that kept the mother of the bride and the bride sane, and the awesome way she became part of our family and made it a perfect day for the newlyweds! I can't thank her enough!
